The watershed area and design flow rate of storm water flowing in behind the existing health & rehabilitation center was determined.  Subcontracted survey data collection of the existing hillside topography around the site and tied this information to other existing drainage, building and pavement structures.  Worked with the City of Hot Springs, the Client and surrounding property owners to propose and design an excavation and storm water solution.  Created drawings representing the existing and proposed grading and drainage solution and cost estimates to present to the Client and the City of Hot Springs Staff and Excavation Code Variance Board (BAA/BZA).  Phase I Stormwater improvements have been completed. Phase II of the project was completed in 2012.
